Delivery
We offer tracked UK delivery and selected international delivery options, including Ireland. Your delivery address is entered before Square checkout opens so the correct postage can be added.
Delivery costs are calculated using the current Royal Mail Post Office branch/counter price for the delivery country, package format and order weight. The full delivery cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Celebration card-only orders posted to England, Scotland and Wales are sent by Royal Mail large letter at £1.75 and are not sent tracked. This card large-letter exception does not apply to Ireland, Northern Ireland, international addresses, or mixed orders containing other products.
Orders over £40 qualify for free tracked UK delivery. Free delivery applies to eligible UK orders only.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Most orders are sent the next working day, but please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for made-to-order/personalised items.
Delivery times are in addition to dispatch times and may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier services. International orders may also be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a dispatch confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive it.
Except for eligible celebration card-only orders to England, Scotland and Wales, orders are sent using a tracked service. A tracking reference will be included in your dispatch confirmation or provided separately when your order is shipped.
If your order has been dispatched but has not arrived when expected, please check your tracking reference first. Royal Mail delivery times are delivery aims unless a guaranteed service has been used. USA customers only: import duty prepayment
For orders placed from 20 June 2026 with a delivery address in the United States, we add a USA import duty prepayment charge at checkout. This is shown as “USA import duty prepayment (PDDP)” and is calculated as 10% of the order subtotal, before delivery is added.
This follows changes to United States customs rules which removed the previous low-value duty-free treatment for commercial shipments from 29 August 2025. Royal Mail now offers USA Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) services, which means duties can be paid before delivery and charged back to the sender.
In plain English, this means the USA import duty amount is collected when you place your order so we can cover the duty cost when posting your parcel. This is intended to prevent you receiving a surprise import duty charge when the order arrives at your address. This USA import duty prepayment applies to USA delivery addresses only.
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
You then have another 14 days from telling us you wish to cancel to return the item to us.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once you have contacted us, we will confirm the return instructions and the return address by email.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We do not set a fixed return postage charge; the cost depends on the postal service or courier you choose.
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at dirtyleedscompany@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a refund, replacement or suitable solution.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personalised or custom-made items
Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
